Its a moral dilemma because the narrator is gonna lose his job if he keeps lying and the narrator say look i know it’s hard to be objective about people we come to daily know, but in the big picture who benefits when the truth is not told, he saying that because he dont want nobody to gets fire, but however if he says the truth janet gets fired.
